The unique dual function of Lorelei came as a total accident. I originally made this for my fellow lingerie designer bestie's birthday, assuming that it would only be interpreted as crotchless underwear. To my surprise, when she got it in the mail and sent a picture to say thank you, she was wearing it as a bra! It took me a second to even understand, but then it made me so excited at the idea of a convertible bra/ouvert panty. The actual body of it is made of two seamless pieces of mesh that frame your "privates" or support your boobs depending on which way you're wearing her. The waist/underbust straps are extra wide (made of two pieces of stitched together 3/4" satin elastic) for extra support, and joined in the center by my signature 1" o-ring decal. If you wanted to wear a full bra and panty set you can purchase two to wear together both ways.
Lorelei is a feminine name of German origin that means "alluring" and "temptress". It's also the name of Marilyn Monroe's character in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.

Some color options may be more expensive than others, which is due to the custom dying process I pay for to ensure the supply of elastics that match the fabrics.
Black, white, beige, and most red pieces are the base price while all others may be subject to a slight price increase to reflect the higher cost of materials involved. Print mesh options will also have a price increase. Thank you for your understanding!

Every Belle de Nuit piece is made to order, handmade by me. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your lingerie to arrive.
Once shipped, Priority Mail US takes 1-3 business days to arrive, whereas First Class Mail US takes between 2-5 business days. Priority Mail International takes anywhere between 6-10 days, and First Class International about 7-20 business days.
If you need your order delivered ASAP, please choose Priority Mail Express (next day US, 3-5 business days International) and/or leave a message in your order notes that state when you need your lingerie by and I will do my best to accommodate!
Rush orders (needed within a week or two during high traffic season) please contact me first.

In order to prolong the lifespan of your lingerie, hand wash in cold or lukewarm water and let hang dry. A trusted delicates/hand wash cycle works too, but always hang dry. Handle with love and care!
All Belle de Nuit items are handmade to order by me (one person!) please allow 2-6 weeks for your lingerie to be shipped and delivered.
